After looking at some existing home options, buyers chose to build in a wonderful developing neighborhood coincidently close to family. It wasn’t the initial plan but I’m so excited they were open to building because this is the PERFECT home for them.
Remember that when you’re looking at new build homes, the representitive in the model home works for the builder. You STILL need and SHOULD have Buyer’s representation. That’s where I come in!
As a buyer, you do not pay a realtor commission to have a licensed, experienced Agent like me represent you and negotiate on your behalf. The sales price of the new build does not go down if you opt not to have a realtor represent you so it’s in your best interest to be protected!
Sellers needed a bit more room and I was honored to assist them in finding their next home. Once we located the next amazing home we strategized on when to list their existing home and all worked out perfectly!
