The snow didn’t keep my buyers from closing on their 1st home in this super cool, gorgeous, new condo development in downtown Indy by Onyx+East. Who wouldn’t want those rooftop city views?!

My Sellers previously had the home listed and they were not receiving any showings. Dissapointed, they pulled the listing and re-listed with me. In less than a week, I staged the home, updated the pictures, and marketed the home aggressively. We received an offer after ONE WEEK on the market.

Staging works!  It’s important. Buyers are pre-qualifying your home by looking at the pictures online. If you can’t capture their attention with great furniture and decor placement, so they can see themselves living there, they won’t schedule a showing.
