We had our home on the market in 2019 with another agent and it didn’t sell. In 2020, we decided to put it on the market again and interviewed several agents. Based on our 1st experience, we wanted a someone who would be more proactive in marketing our home. We selected Shawna because she came to the initial meeting very prepared with an analysis of our home and others in the area, a comprehensive marketing plan, and she provided great feedback on small improvements to make our home more appealing. Throughout the selling process, she followed up with every person who saw our home and executed both a print and digital marketing campaign. Our home sold in just slightly over 8 weeks on the market. On the purchase side, she was very prepared providing comparables on each house we looked at. Upon making an offer, we had a very lengthy inspection report which required additional negotiations with the seller and their agent. Through all of this, Shawna always provided us sound advice and was looking out for our best interest. Even post-closing she has provided us assistance and guidance with several issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Shawna again.
