We chose Shawna because she came highly recommended by our neighbor who used her and sold their house in one day. During our first visit, she walked through our house and gave us recommendations and tips for staging and selling our house. Shawna is very professional, trustworthy, personable and knowledgeable; she was always one step ahead of me. If I asked her to do something, she had already done it. After only a few days, we had multiple offers on our home and we sold for over asking price! She is amazing and I have already referred her to several friends.
