From the first text to Shawna, she was highly responsive, professional, put in an exceptional amount of time researching and gathering data to help me decide on a list price, put together a fabulous packet for would be buyers with information about my home and the area to take with them after viewing the house and kept my listing fresh on the internet/social media. The sale was emotional for me as I was only selling due to recently getting married and Shawna was always there with words of encouragement.
